Job Description
We are in search of an accomplished Senior DevOps Engineer with a track record of over 5 years in the field. As a key contributor to our dynamic DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our end-to-end DevOps pipeline. Your expertise in continuous integration, deployment, automation,and infrastructure as code will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our software development and release processes
Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipeline: Design and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Implement technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Automation: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement solutions for proactive issue identification and optimal system performance.
- Security: Collaborate with teams to enhance security measures and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaboration: Work with development and operations teams to optimize workflows and system performance.
- Release Management: Manage software releases, ensuring smooth deployment and rollback processes.
- Cloud Services: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Scripting and Programming: Use languages like Python and Bash for task automation and custom solutions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a DevOps role focusing on CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management.
- CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Scripting/Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and programming skills.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Security: Understanding and experience in implementing security measures in DevOps.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent skills for effective teamwork and communication.
